Instructions & Additional Information

Please submit a completed registration form to lelmore@livingspringscc.org, along with the paying the registration fee in order to reserve placement.

 

All remaining paper work (including medical information and a copy of your child’s birth certificate) must be on file before the first day of school. 

 

Snacks and lunches (where applicable) are included in the tuition fee.

 

All children must be potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently before the first day of school.

 

Please submit one registration form per child.
